- The terrible triplets: frailty, multimorbidity and polypharmacy
- How to do a really good medication review and feel good about deprescribing!
- The 3D’s of deterioration: delirium, depression and dementia
- Common primary care problems: falls, recurrent infections and requests for antibiotics.
And we will tie all this together with real-life case scenarios and tools you can use once you are back at the surgery, on home visits or out in nursing homes the next day.
